FAQ
Do I need a credit card for Free?
No. Sign up is free — no card required.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of payment — no questions asked.
How do I cancel?
In your profile settings — one click. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
What is BYOK?
Bring Your Own Key: plug in your own OpenAI or Deepgram API key, and audio goes directly to your chosen provider. Local Whisper needs no keys — runs offline.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual is two months cheaper and avoids monthly charge interruptions.
